The V-berth is 6' 7" long. Shelves are located along the hull just forward of the food lockers and to each side of the berth (see photo below). Just forward of the V-berth is a sail/clothing locker, which sits just aft of the anchor locker in the bow. Not shown in the photo are two food lockers (port & starboard), a plate rack, towel rack and a cup/glass rack. The food lockers are located next to each side of the hull and just forward of the bulkhead which separates the V-berth from the saloon. The plate rack, cup holder and towel rack are attached to the V-berth side of the bulkhead. Below the V-berth decking are two Vetus flex-tanks with a total capacity of 65 gallons of potable water. Storage is located below the decking to the port and starboard of the aft water tank and in front of the forward water tank. These storage areas are reserved for light weight items.

Because of the aft cabin, the cockpit is 3 ft. long but has proved comfortable for two people. In addition to the cockpit coamings, the cabin bulkheads can also serve as backrests. The cockpit has two 1 1/2" drains which are connected to Groco 1 1/2" seacocks. Four bronze winches are located around the cockpit. A bronze Lewmar #25 two speed winch is mounted on each cockpit coaming for the jib sheets and two bronze Lewmar #8 winches are mounted on the main cabin top for the staysail sheets, one to each side of the companionway. All halyards, the topping lift and reefing gear are worked from the mast The jib halyard and main halyard are tensioned with the aid of two Anderson #10 winches. The staysail luff is tensioned with a four part purchase, which also acts as the staysail pendant.
