Flicka ENYA
Hull 160 · Built 1980
In Flicka Friends
Flicka Friends #12 (Spring 1998) lists Ken and Eloise Harback's ENYA, of Channel Islands, among the prizewinners at the Flicka rendezvous at Santa Catalina Island, where she took the award for the "Flicka that looks most like her owner". Rumours flew that Ken had been paying off the judges under the table — "under the keel" — but the rendezvous committee took the stand that all judging was fair and honest, "for the most part".

More about ENYA
I purchased Enya at Lake Mead, Nevada. She had spent at least a year at the Las Vegas marina and before that two year in the Florida Keys. She was built in 1980. She has a green hull, buff top sides and Tanbark sails. She is quite salty looking as are most Flickas.
She was named after the Irish singer Enya. One of her most famous hits was "Sail Away" It goes with her colors and I chose to keep the name. I sail out of Channel Islands Harbor, Oxnard, California and frequent the Channel Islands quite often. It would nice hearing from any Flickens.
