Owner's comments: this is my second Flicka...they are my  favorite boats! I travel for work, and won't be able to enjoy this one for a  year or so, so, have decided to put her up for sale. She is in very good , "sail  away" condition. You could buy some groceries, bring your handheld GPS...and  leave for Mexico TODAY.

The only minor issues  are  cosmetic: the exterior  teak could use some finishing...I may be able to  put a coat of teak oil on for  the new owner.

The factory blue gel coat is faded...and has quite a bit of  "dock rash" this has never bothered me....in fact...I think it makes her look  more "Salty".

The interior cushions are OK...except 1 big rip in the sette  cushion ( hence the cover  in the photo, and 1 smaller rip on 1 of the V-berth  cushions.

Note: The back settee cushion is fine...I just took it off to show  storage.

Note: I bought this boat in Michigan...she has always been a fresh  water boat.

Note:  In my opinion...PCS's best years were 1984-90...it's when  they really had it together. aside from the minor cosmetic issues. You can feel  how solid, secure, and well put together this boat is  as soon as you step  aboard....she is in great shape.

asking price: $21900.00

feel free to  contact me with any questions...and for photos ....

West coast, in water  delivery may be possible.

thanks
