T.C. Volum arrives in Bora Bora aboard s/y TIKAROA.

s/v LEA, sloop rigged Flicka:
Captain Ted Trimmer is based in Honolulu and voyages his Flicka, #415, through the Pacific. In the words of Captain Trimmer, "... it has been my good fortune to sail Lea to the Hawaiian Islands for surfing vacations. Modest passages have been made to Palmyra Atoll, Wake, Midway, and the French Frigate Shoals. Life for me centers around the Ocean, but do assume that I'm an authority on it, rather it is the Flicka that seems instinctively able to keep me out of trouble. Hurricane Iniki hit Honolulu in 1992 and I elected to anchor in the lee of Keehi Lagoon and ride it out aboard. Nothing broke, lots of wind, waves and rain, then back to my dock and back to my routine. I would never have sailed to any of the places above if I had not had the Flicka. While my sailing goes unnoticed, the fact remains that the Flicka is a star."

After cruising the Azores, Little Dragon's voyage home took her to the Madeira Islands, Canary Islands, Cabo Verde Islands, Venezuela, Curaco, Jamaica, Cuba and the Bahamas. Captain Butlin returned home in 1992 via Florida, Charleston, SC, Norfolk, VA and Long Island. All passages were made offshore except for the trip from Charleston to Norfolk.
