Hi all.  Just wanted to say sorry for not having replied to all your messages over the past month. It's been impossible to find internet on the Italian coast and so I am very much behind in email and web duties. I will be back in the UK in a week and will put some time aside the reply to all the messages and list Flickas waiting to go on etc.

We crossed from Elba to Corsica today and got a kicking. SE2-3 forecast turned into a 4-6 with some very 'interesting' seas. We are very glad to be in port as it's howling harder now and would be very nasty out there. The med can be a lamb and then a wolf like most seas..

So far the trip has been great. Seen some of the Italian coast with the highlight being the Tuscan Island of Elba which is truly stunning and friendly with great food to be had all over.

Will be crossing back to mainland France soon which is about 100 miles. Just waiting for a window.

hope to write more soon.
